My typographical studies at Swinburne University of Technology involved a variety of projects with process journals, detailing the techniques and inspirations used to develop each project’s final outcome. This A1 poster project aimed to encapsulate a decade of typography through layout and composition.

This particular project involved creating a poster of a famous quote from Albert Einstein, using typographical forms, fonts and colours (with constraints on usage) to communicate the meaning behind the words.

Another project involved making letters out of a chosen material to create the word “average”. I chose to show the average growth of mould on white bread over the course of a week, gradating the growth across the word.
